CPU cooler for Z97M OC Formula

I'm looking for a cpu cooler for a i5-4960K mounted in on the Z97M OC Formula mobo. I bought the CM Hyper 212 EVO but it was too big. Any suggestions?

If its too big for the case, you need to tell us what case you've got.

It's actually too big for the motherboard. It covered up the RAM slots. Also, I have a Rosewill Line-M case.

Put the ram in first. Then the cooler.
