CPU Cooler Help

But the problem is I dont know a good CPU Cooler. Here is a list of ones i thought about:

Both your newegg links are for the same cooler.

On your build, swap out the 850 Evo for an 860. You'll save $70 and get a better drive. Also, if your just using the Seagate as a storage drive you're not going to see huge jump in performance with a hybrid drive. At least not a big enough jump to be worth the extra $50.

Ok that helps matters.

First however I'd make sure your going for the current model of the H100i, which is the H100i v2. It also costs less than the H100i you linked (unless you intentionally going for the older model).

If you do want the older model, you can get it directly from Corsair for less than your link.

Purely for performance, the Corsair out performs the Deepcool. Not by a hell of a lot but in graphs it comes out ahead by a few degrees. It's cheaper than the Deepcool and it also has 5yr warranty vs the Deepcools 3yr. But it does seem to be nosier than the Deepcool, and has a very different look. The Deepcool also can sync with Asus Aura Sync where as Corsair has to use their Link software to setup RGB stuff.

So if you only want performance and cost savings, go Corsair. If you are more concerned about the aesthetics and noise of the build and prefer the look of the Deepcool go with that.

I'd also look at the Corsair 115i Pro RGB. While it's cooling isn't much different from the H110i v2, it is a good deal quieter. Your case can take 280mm front or back, so the increase in size wouldn't be an issue.

Oh one last thing, I'd encourage you to take a look at the Asus MG248Q

It's basically the updated VG248QE. Little better contrast ration, and low blue light but more importantly it does away with PWM with the back light. While not everyone is sensitive to the modulation, it can give headaches to those that are.

With either of those monitors, also look in to color calibrating them. While the presets are ok, you can get better colors by following some of the guides online.
