CPU Cooler Help

So I'm looking for a cpu cooler for under 30 bucks that can fit inside the corsair 100r (150mm). I've gone through the cryorig h7, the cryorig c7, and the bequiet pure rock slim, because I keep reading that there are some installation issues for motherboards already mounted on the case. So if I could get some suggestions, that would be great. Thanks

There should be no problem installing a Cryorig H7 since the case has a cut out in it to access the back of the CPU so you can mount a cooler.

Ok thanks but someone also said that the h7 is hard to install on to Asus mini itx boards because the backplate interferes with the installation process, would that be a huge problem?
