Hi, I'm looking at whether the Prolimatech Genesis, the ThermalRight Silver Arrow or the ThermalRight TRUE Spirit 120M would be best for my i7-4790K. These are the recommended coolers from http://www.silentpcreview.com/Recommended_Heatsinks

Tomshardware recommends softer thermal compounds for first time builders like me, but only for lighter heat sinks that don't clamp hard... and I can't figure out if these do or not. How would I determine "clamp pressure" from the spec, and what is the approximate range of light to heavy heat sinks? Air only.

I'm also interested in how I'm going to cool the VRM, and how airflow would work with my components in this case- which I selected to maximize airflow while keeping it quiet. Here is a link to the components I'm looking at getting. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mhissong/saved/frP7YJ
So far all I have is the CPU, the RAM and some peripherals.

Thanks for reading. First time builder here; comparing all the specs and advice has been like drinking from the fire hose haha. Any recommendations are appreciated.

That's one massive case you've got there. Can't your cram all that in a fractal r4 or r5?

Here's my build, it all fits ( you can even stick a noctua DH-15 in that case if your worried about the size.
