[SOLVED] CPU Cooler in case

If a CPU Cooler is max height of my PC case (158 mm tall) will a CPU cooler that is 158 mm tall fit?

Probably. Cooler measurements are almost always a given maximum. Whether that includes any margin for error is upto the individual vendor. Many cases will have upto a 5mm or so margin, simply because it's a standard fitment that'll cover several different panel designs, from flat side, to acrylic window or TG.
