Question Cpu cooler installation causing problems booting past uefi

So I installed the cooler master hyper 212 cpu cooler and now when i turn on my pc, i get booted straight into bios/uefi. I normally would go to save/exit and then boot through straight to windows but now i cant get past uefi.

this has never happened before i switched out my cpu cooler, not sure why its happening. the only things i changed was the voltage of my ram and cpu alittle to try to overclock my ryzen 2600.

If thats the issue let me know if theres anything i can do, or if im just an idiot.

(mb is the asrock b450m pro so i use uefi)
