Question Cpu cooler making a sound

Hey all, I recently got a pc build which is I7 13700k, rtx 4070ti, gskill 32gb ram, zalman reserator5 z24 cpu cooler, crucial p5 plus ssd and toughpower gf1 850 psu. My question is there is a sound coming from the cpu cooler or the cpu area. I checked to see if it was cables brushing up against the fans and it was not. So my question is what is this sound? It's like a triri triri triri kinda sound

Has to be the one the fans on the cooler would be my first thought

Maybe an audio file or video would be more helpful, but it could be bad installation (not enough pressure), bad positioning of the case (the CPU fan vibrates onto it, which you can sense by placing you hand in it), etc.

I had this issue a while ago and the fix was to isolate every component to check where the noise came from, turns out it was the power supply fan. I'd do the same just to make sure and eliminate every other possibility.
