Hey guys.
I want to know if you guys think this cpu cooler will fit fine on my motherboard leaving enough room for my GPU and RAM.

My specs:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K9R1H1K?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
Fractal Design R4
I7 470K
GTX 660
16gb skill 2400mhz ram > http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00DH9I3FA?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

and was thinking of getting
http://www.amazon.co.uk/NH-D14-Processor-LGA1366-LGA1156-LGA1155/dp/B002VKVZ1A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1416936820&sr=8-1&keywords=noctua+nh-d14

as my temps when RENDERING VIDEOS is too high.

Do you think it will be fine because on youtube videos the fans hit ontop of the ram
but im not sure if my ramw ill be too tall 🙁
if not what cooling should i go for.

Solution
Any time! Hope it all works out! Also, the Noctua should not interfere at all with the GPU slot. It's big but not quite that big.
The Noctua should fit in that case just fine. It will only hit the RAM if the heatspreaders are too tall. The ones you've picked there are fairly close to regular height. Just use the two gray RAM slots on that board you've picked out instead of the two black ones, and that should give you pretty decent clearance. They will be very close, that's unavoidable with a cooler that size, but it should not cause you any issues.

Okay I hope so, well atm I have put them in the 2nd slot and 4th slot so i think thats right..
also do you think it will lower my rendering temperature of 88-95
i have an enermax t40 and i dont think its good for rendering
its good for idle temps and gaming but not at max use.

okay then cool but what about my gpu? like does my gpu clip into the large pci-e and the small one together? or only the big one because if so then it wont fit

Should only plug into the large one. There should be a locking mechanism you have to move out of the way to get it in. Judging by the photo, that black clip at the end you should be able to push down on and open up the PCI-E bridge, just like the RAM slots

Okay cool cool! i plan on buying it soon then! hopefully it'll fit fine 😀 thanks for your help today
