Question CPU Cooler pad came off?

Hello guys, i was cleaning my pc and i noticed this piece came off from the pc and i cant find where it came off from.
Is it ok if i run my pc without it?

Nah. Though double check everything to make sure nothing feels looser or has more flex than it should.

nope. checked everything im 99% its from the cooler for the cpu but the fans are fully attached and the heatsink is stable as before, gpu is stable aswell. thank you for the help.
