hello please i need to ask you
i try to open pc without cpu cooler cause the cooler is broken and it works but just for 1 mn and then turn off
and now i try to open it just to test but the screen is black !!!! how can i know if my cpu is damaged or not please ?????
it s safe or not !!
and buying a new cooler can be a solution !!!

I think "open pc" means "start pc" (in this case).
Install cpu cooler and then start your pc. If it doesn't turn on, then it's broken.

the CPU needs the Cooler to function properly. otherwise it reaches temperatures that can break cpu.
you need to purchased a new cpu cooler and after installing it with thermal paste, test it yes.
this is not a part in a computer that is optional, if you do not have it on your cpu , do not start computer.
