Stock rad fans are designed and used for specific purpose on rads, so generally they'll usually be the optimum choice.

Same as the tires on a performance car, they don't use the same tires you'd find on grandma's sedan. However, you can still change the fans if you wish to, the stock fans are still just stock fans and there are usually better options. As well as worse.

So it all depends on the new fans and your priorities. You can swap just for looks and temps might not be quite as expected, or change for performance and have ugly tan/brown fans etc. Or the new fans might be similar enough to really make no change to temps.

It's up to you.

You mean push/pull.

That's entirely up to you. Couple things to consider is if you can and affects. Most case fans are 3pin analog and most better aio fans are pwm, meaning you'll need 2 separate headers for all 4 fans. If all 4 are pwm, you'll want to use a powered pwm 4way splitter so you don't over tax the single header. If the fans are powered by the pump, most times a couple of 2way splitters is fine, you'll have to look up the amperage stats of the fans and decide if the draw is acceptable for the pump output.

Most better aios include fans optimized for that rad, or rads similar. Additional fans usually only get @ 4°C better max load temps, so you'll have to decide if all of the above is worth the effort since you'll be adding fan noise for @ 2-3°C cpu temp when gaming.
