CPU cooler second fan doesn`t work correctly?

Hello, I got a Scythe Mugen MAX as CPU Cooler and is working like a blast low temp, etc... but I have a second fan installed. The second fan is the same as the one that come with the cooler an GlideStream 140 PWM 1300rpm. I have set for both the smart fan profile from bios to be the same, but the second one is always with 300rpm higher than the first one.... and I know that is not a big deal at all but is annoying when I think about it )) Anyone know why ?

Not only not big deal but it's a good thing. That way you get better airflow.

I was starting to think the same way.... the airflow at the back of the case is huge which is nice. But still I am curious why is like this.

Does that MB have two PWM Cpu_Fan headers ?

Yes and Fan1 is pluged in Cpu_Fan1 and Fan2 in Cpu_Fan2 both of the Cpu_Fan are in 4pin PWM
Anyway I started to dont care anymore so is ok ... thanks for trying to help
