Yeah thats rather low profile. On arctic's website it's stated that the cooler supports all ram types.

The cooler supports LGA1151, so you're good to go.

That purely depends on the kind of RAM sticks you use. Some RAM sticks are very tall and might interfere. Since it's a small cooler I don't think it'll be an issue
