I am going to buy an i5-11400F or non-F. My ambient temperature hits 45°C in summer. I wanted know if Cooler Master Hyper H410R
is any better then the included stock cooler from Intel ?

Solution
I have decided to buy AK620 which i think is overkill for a non-k cpu but i want to build my pc and then sit with peace and enjoy myself. Rather being worried about it all the time. That is the reason i buying everything new.
That's fine. You should be able to use it with the next cpu drop in too.
I see it as a future investment. Besides the fans, it won't go bad on you. The only thing that may change that is when you get tired of looking at it, or you want to move to Small Form Factor, in which case the cooler most likely wouldn't fit.

45°C ambient room temperature?!? Geez. I really am not a fan of ACs, but man, you seriously need one bad.

To answer your question, in principle that cooler should be enough. I'm not sure how much its cooling capacity will ne diminished by that air temperature, though, since that's what the cooler will use as essentially the baseline, and it looks like one of those slim models. You might want to get a bigger one just in case.

That's still rough, but at least it's survivable.
Ok. That combined with the fact that case ambient is always higher, that means no device in the PC will be lower than whatever the case ambient is.

As for whether the H410R is any better than the Intel stock cooler: does your case have a vent in the side panel? If not, then I'd say it would be a little better.

I donot have a case right now nor the cpu itself. I plan on buying Lian Li O11 Mini Air. On that note how much the thermals would suffer if instead of the O11 i use XPG BattleCrusier.

That is impossible to tell. It's one of those 'you won't know until you've tried it' scenarios... though I imagine the Intel stock cooler wouldn't care in either case, because the fan wants to draw air in from the side - the tempered glass panels don't let that happen.
The H410R would probably like the O11 Air Mini more.
