Question Cpu cooler that don't need backplate

Getting sick and tired of installing cpu cooler because I find them to be a pain in the assault because I have to use the backplate to mount the cpu cooler into Mobo. Are there any that doesn't require one? It has to be compatible with Intel 6600k and whenever ryzen 3000 comes out. MY budget is up to & 150 and can be either air or liquid cooler. Thanks.

Like stock Intel cooler? And these are compatible intel 6600k?

No they wouldnt work with 6600k. Id look for coolers that work simmilar to stock intel cooler.

Gammaxx 400 works on the stock backplate for Intel & the current Gen Ryzen. I'm not sure what the next Gen will use for a socket since its not actually out yet.

AMD has said to support am4 untill 2020. So I think next gen is going to be am4. The x570 chipset will support pcie4.0 and AM4.
