I recently built a new gaming pc but i ran into a problem. My cpu cooler is a Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO, and the case i have is a NZXT S210. When i put the side panel on, the cooler is just tall enough for a few of the heat pipes to touch it. And the panel is mainly plastic or plexiglass (not sure which one.) So i was wondering if that is ok or if i need to change something.

Even though the heatpipe is physically touching the plastic side it will be fine?

As plastic is an insulator for electricity, there is no danger in it being touched by the cooler.
The only issue would be if your cooler got hot enough to actually melt the plastic, but that is not likely.
