Cpu cooler under 20 dollars for overclocking

I have an i7 4790k and i would like to oc it but not with a stock cooler so could you plz recomend coolers under 20 dollars suitable for overclocking.

The CRYORIG M9i is a very fairly priced cooler (probably the best at / under $20) which allows for mild overclocking.

Hi if you increased your budget by a few dollars you could afford a hyper 212 evo which is a very well known cooler.

I would use the above mentioned Cryorig before a Hyper 212.

The 212 series was good, several years ago.
There are better options now.

The Cooler Master 212 Evo is not a good buy anymore. The CRYORIG M9i is already under budget, performs similar if not better, smaller and easier to install, and quieter.
