cpu cooler upgrade

my cpu has no back plate its a hp 6000 pro with a Pentium dual core 3.06ghz E6600.... it has no back plate so can i still add a aftermarket cooler with the bracket it comes with like this one http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1458346411&sr=1-4&keywords=cpu+cooler the stock cooler just is not cutting it when mass downloading/uploading torrents (the top of the case is getting refabricated gonna be like a blower look with 2-3 80-120mm fans still planning... so size is not a factor)

Yes, is this a stock HP case, those generally aren't wide enough for a 212 EVO, (need a case about 7.5 inches or bigger, in width)

ok thanks as i said b4 im modifying the case i just needed to know if somthing like this would fit with the new back braket
