Cpu cooler wont fit

So im trying to install my new cpu but my cpu cooler wont fit.
It wont reach the bracket
Cpu cooler spartan 3 lt he1012
Socket 1150 i5 4570
Asus b85m-e matx

I did everything as shown in the vid and the other lever can't reach the other side
