Question CPU Cooler

currently, I use a Masterair MA620p CPU cooler I want to know if should I change this according to my PC confirmation because I live in India, and here in average summer temperature is between 46°C to 50°C degree And I don't use an air conditioner I just have air cooler, the average temperature of CPU in summer is 42C to 44C degree and when I turn on my air cooler and remove the side panel of the PC cabinet the temperature going down to 37°C to 39°C.
CPU temp. In November winter is 33°C to 31°C. And In December 28°C to 29°C.
I do not want to take a liquid cooler because I have read some bad reviews about leaking, one of my colleagues had leaked liquid cooling and he damaged the CPU & Motherboard, so I am not in favor of liquid cooling.
one more thing when I did CPU testing on CINEBENCH R23, software like CPU Z, Open-Hardware-Monitor CPU temperature and 65°C but the OLED screen on the motherboard shows 54°C to 56°C so which one should be correct?

Those temps are just fine and even better considering environment temps.
 
Use hwinfo from now on. Hardware monitor annoyingly puts cpu core temperatures at the bottom, while up top, cpu package is bunched together with unspecified motherboard sensors. It's silly, as it will confuse those who are unaware of this orientation.

Doesn't matter; the highest you posted here isn't any more dangerous to the cpu than the lowest one.


I don't use an air conditioner
What CountMike said, including: use lower power limits from what it currently gets up to under load. It won't do anything for low load thermals though, because very little power is being used in that state.

Thanks for the reply back, I want to know this because I saw lots of CPU cooler reviews but I don't trust them and no one ever test these CPU cooler reviews on INTEL extreme series.
I am a designer and I work with all kinds of software like 2d, 3d, video editing & VFX and I like the Intel Extreme series I am working on the extreme series since 2009 and it will work.
they work for 7 to 8 years with the latest software.
so I don't need to change my CPU cooler?

so what do you suggest do I need to change the CPU cooler or not?
one more thing I have Msi MPG A750GG power supply.

Noctua has an excellent mounting system. Not sure how Deepcool or Be Quiet compare in that respect.

If you changed, you might get somewhat better performance at same noise levels.....or same performance at lower noise levels.

Your personal judgement as to whether the change would be worthwhile for any of those reasons.

You couldn't really be sure about the degree of change without actually trying it...which involves some time and expense.

5 degrees CPU temp difference? Possibly. 10 degrees? Probably not.

Your existing cooler is dual tower with 2 fans.

Your case choice and its overall airflow may make a considerable difference as well.

Hot rooms without air conditioning are hard to defeat.
 
Is it stripped? In that case, you could take one with you to a hardware store and get some replacements.
sorry I said wrong actually it's an AMD screw, nuts are common for both (AMD/Intel) I think its a manufacturing defect in the mounting bracket's because without a CPU cooler the net is properly tight but when I screw the mounting bracket with CPU cooler and put on the nuts (Intel nuts) I have to you extra pressure (in this motherboard already back plat fix for the coolers so you don't need the back plate for mounting ) and Intel nuts little bit small too. but luckily AMD screw working, it might be possible there is some micro space between CPU surface and the heat conductor of the cooler. but its properly fix now.
