I am currently looking for not just 1, a list of the best coolers you can get under 50$.
my motherboard is an LGA 1155 socket (Gigabyte P67-DS3-B3) And I am looking to cool this ivy bridge i7 3770k WHICH WE ALL KNOW RUNS HOT! Throw all the types you can so I can check if it's available in my country!

Cryorig H7 will do fine for mild overclocking.
Hyper 212X Turbo is fine for mild overclocking.
