So I ordered all the components for my new build expect for the CPU Cooler.
It's out of stock
The Corsair Hydro Series H110i
So I was looking for other solutions, that will work without needing an AM4 bracket. Because this is also says 1-2 weeks from Corsair.

So I was looking at an Air Cooler by Noctua, NH-D15 SE-AM4
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAADY5BC1607

It's also out of stock from NewEgg, but I can get it from Amazon.

Here is the system I'm building and everything I've purchased, minus the CPU Cooler.
Should I wait a few days for the Corsair H110i, or should I go ahead and purchase the Air Cooler by Noctua, NH-D15 SE-AM4

The Noc is by far the better cooler as the H100i leaves the CPU 3C hotter while being 12 times as loud. If ya want water, nothing will be as quiet as the Noc but at least the Swiftech H240 X2 destroys the H100i temp wise by almost 10C and to get that close the H100i has to be more than 4 times as loud. At 55% CPU load, I'd want to leave the room w/ the H100i at 55% CPU load

In addition, the H240-X2 contains a real water pump capable of over 1 gpm,. while the H100i manages only 1/1th of that which allows you to ass other items to the loop....say by water cooling your GFX card. It has a reservoir, it has a copper / brass radiator...
I would recommend the Noctua, providing your case is quite a wide one (Not too sure on the 750D). It will come fairly close to the window though. I have one and it is very quiet and remains very cool, even blowing what seems to be cool air from the rear and top of my case.

If you care for aesthetics just know that the Noctua blocks the majority of the motherboard above the GPU so if you like to look at your pc then i would recommend a more clean looking fan.

However i have the D14 that came before it and i can say it is certainly a beast.

The Noctua D15's tend to perform just as well as the H110i does, overclocking wouldn't be an issue.

With MSI already selected for the build, if you choose the Swiftech, I'd consider the EK Seahawk 1080 version. ... though I'd wait a bit and, with the impending release of the 1080 Ti, 1080 prices will continue to tank.
