CPU cooling help

i got all in place with my new build but i want to know about cooling for my CPU.
i want to know if my stock heatsink fan is good enough for an intel i5 4570 3.2Ghz (no overclocking) or do i need to set it and check if the tempreture with it is ok and act according to the situation?

the stock cooler is sufficient for no overclocking or even a small one too.
