I'd shoot for a better cooler, chances are you'll be pushing it to the limit in terms of capability. TDP is an estimate & most chips can easily use more watts than the stated TDP. I'd shoot for overkill to make sure your cpu has plenty of room. Noctua or deepcool or 212 evo depending on the clearance of your case.. Better to save up rather than be disappointed and have to replace.

the Asaka cooler looks no larger than one of INtel's little 45-65W factory coolers, and, I'd expect it to be inadequate for the 6700K being only the size of a hockey puck..
Look for something like a Dark Rock Pro 4, if you do not wish to spend $90 on a Noctua...
