CPU cooling problem

Hello I got intel i7 950 cpu and the stock cooler stop working.. so I'm looking to buy a new one.
The budget is about 60-70$ top and I would like to get some advices for air cooler that fit my PC.
Motherboard: Gigabyte x58a-ud3r (1366 socket I guess).
I though about the CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO.
By the way the cpu isn't OC.
