[SOLVED] CPU Cooling Suggestions

So, I've been using the AMD Wraith Max stock cooler for my Ryzen 7 2700x, however lately, it's been getting quite loud that I can even hear it through my gaming audio at some moments. And, I was recommended by a friend to get the corsair H60. But, I've also seen other products like noctua and the scythe Mugen 5, which is looking more promising.

I'm not a very serious overclocker, the OC on my cpu is very light, I'm looking for lower temperatures and a much quieter cpu cooler. Are there any other suggestions that will do better. I'm just asking for any better recommendations. What do you guys think?

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x8 GB 3000 (16gb)
PSU; 600 watt bronze evga
MOBO: MSI b450M PRO VDH MAX
1 TB WD
