CPU cooling [water or air]?

Those are my current specs i'm gonna be building in the later future.

Although Which cooler do you recommend for this type of build specifically. No pricing involve. Just which one would be better.

Air: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Or
Water cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Which one of these would be better suited for my build?

I wouldn't go with either of the ones you listed, I'd go with this instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cryorig-cpu-cooler-crr1a as it performs just as well as the water cooler and is quieter and is cheaper
