Question Cpu cooling

So, a quick rundown I have a i5 4590 that when I'm gaming Sits around 72 - 75 Celsius. But other people on the forums say it should be in the high 50s mid 60s. I have cheap thermal paste from ebay and I use a stock cooler. Should I buy expensive thermal paste or should I buy a new fan and paste?

You need do absolutely nothing.
The 70s isn't any more dangerous than the 60s are, and the Intel stock cooler is just 'meh' anyway.

Under load (gaming) there is nothing wrong with your reported 72-75C temps.
