CPU core speed dropping while gaming

I have a AMD FX-6300 and I turned AMD cool and quiet off and ever since my core speed doesn't drop anymore while I am on my desktop or when I am on my browser but when I'm playing games such as CS:GO or Arma 2 my core speed still drops from 3506mHz to 1402mHz about every 10 seconds. What can I do?

thats thermal throttling. either from insufficient cooling or weak mobo. obviously you should reanable it.
