Question CPU Core Temps & PC Makes Weird Noise on Startup

I haven't been concerned about CPU temps until recently when I started hearing a weird noise come from my PC on startups. It will last bout 3 seconds then go away. Very recently my temps sky rocketed to 100c and I couldn't get them to come down. I opened my case and felt the screws were slightly loose on my CPU cooler and so I tightened them. This seemed to help as well as blowing out dust, but the idle temp still seems high to me. I figured I would come on here and post it and see if you guys have any suggestions on what I should do.

CORE #0 | Min 53c | Max 94c
CORE #1 | Min 54c | Max 100c
CORE #2 | Min 52c | Max 96c
CORE #3 | Min 50c | Max 97c
CORE #4 | Min 51c | Max 94c
CORE #5 | Min 49c | Max 95c

That way you'll have something to lean on, the next time an AIO kicks the bucket.
