Ok so I opened Task Manager and it shows that 4 of my 6 cores are parked, So I looked it up and there is a utility located via http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility . So I used it to un-park the 4 cores but I've seen a lot of comments saying that unparking your cores is not necessary, however if this where the case then why would they sell CPU's that come with un-parked cores? I am running Windows 10 btw and thank you for taking the time to read this
