So I've gotten into overclocking my i5 6600k. I've been watching reviews and such before starting and for a step by step process of it, but when I go to adjust my CPU Core Voltage Over ride, it wont let me. Its set at 1.300 and I try to put it up to around 1.345 or 1.350, but as soon as I click off of it it goes right back to 1.300. So since I couldn't adjust it, Im overclocking on Auto, which I know isn't good. Does anyone know why I can't adjust the voltage? Right now I have my cpu overclocked at 4.8ghz with auto voltage and this is what im getting while gaming

I don't know if the voltage is too low or if this is bad, so could someone help me? I've been gaming for a while and its been stable, 0 hiccups so far. Just worried that the voltage is too low or something isnt right. If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
*edit* forgot to mention, I have an asus z170 motherboard.

Tbh You need to run atleast 1hr Aida64 Stress Test/Real Bench Stress test and see what temps and voltages you hit (you should stay under 1.4V vcore and 80C) and are...

GTX 1050 TI, i5 6600k, 8gb DDR4 Ram, 550w power supply, Asus z170 motherboard

You should be able to enter the uefi and change the AI overclock tuner to manual then sync all cores (from core ratio). Set your desired multiplier then scroll down to find the cpu core voltage setting set it to manual and on cpu voltage override you should be able to set 1.3V

I know i've done all that, but when I go to cpu voltage its set to 1.3v and I cant change it, it just always resets. Is the voltage its at now @4.8ghz too low or is it perfectly fine? Havent had any issues though but sort of new to this.

If everything pass ok you should be fine if not I gonna advice you to try updating the bios to the latest version available.
