I have a i9-9900K being cooled by a Noctua NH-D15S in a Cooler Master MasterCase H500 (stock fan setup).
According to CoreTemp, the cores can run as hot as 98 degrees Celcius while exporting videos using Premiere Pro.

What I'd love to clarify are the following:
1. Are these temperatures concerning/worth doing something about?
2. If yes, what are the best options, in terms of practicality and bang for buck, for colling the system more effectively?

Thank you for any input!!

1. Not a concern.
A intel processor will monitor it's own temperature and will slow down or turn off if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That temperature is 100c.

2. NH-D15s is as good as it gets for an air cooler.
Your case is as good as it gets for air cooling.
Just see that the front fans suck air into the case, and that they are turnint at a reasonable speed.
