CPU cores supported by motherboard

I want to know if my motherboard is able to support more cores for a CPU such as the 6300 or 8350. Right now I have the FX 4350 and my motherboard is the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P

Yes it does support up to maximum 8 cores.
