CPU: Ryzen 2400G, 3600 Mhz, 4 cores, 8 logical processors.
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 8gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H
RAM: 8gb (1x8gb)
I play rainbow six on around medium settings. I only get around 90 fps max and it averages at 75.
I've seen some YouTube videos were the person gets almost 120 constant with my setup.
Is it because of my CPU, motherboard?
I'm sure it is not because of the GPU.

Solution
Your problem :

RAM: 8gb (1x8gb)

You're using Single Channel for your memory. You should be using Dual Channel and for that you need 2x4GB sticks from a ram kit seated in the appropriate slots on your motherboard.

Using SIngle Channel cripples your Ryzen system. The FPS difference is pretty big. In some games it's not much but in other titles it's almost a cut in half. That would explain your 30 fps difference compared to the videos you're watching.

Thank you! I was so unaware of AMD having issues with that. I need to upgrade my ram anyway so should 2x8gb be good or just stick with 2x4gb?

It's the same for Intel. Not just AMD :)

2x8GB should be good. Buy a ram kit. They are both in a package sold together.

This is the RAM that was tested with your board. Buy one in that list. You just take the model number of the RAM and you check if it's in that list.

Later!
