So my computer just crashed and now when I try to restart it the cpu jumps straight up to 99 degrees. I somewhat recently replaced the fan for water cooling and it's been running great up until now. There's also a pretty significant rumbling sound coming of the rig if I let it run for more than 10 seconds that I can only imagine being either the power supply or cpu cooler.
