My CPU crashed when I was about to open on GTA V on my pc, afterwards, it automatically start up again, but when I played gta v on my pc, the whole game feels lag and the fps drops a lot. Previously it was 60-70fps, now it’s 15-20fps....

Does anybody know what’s the issue with it and how to resolve it? Thanks!

Use 'Task Manager' to see what other applications are running in the background that could be consuming CPU/GPU/MEM/HD. If you find something using a lot and it does not need to be running, disable it. I'd also suggest making sure all your drivers & windows updates are up to date.

Another possibility is heat. If you've had the system for awhile, use some compressed air to blow out any possible dust buildup. Check the temps with something like CPUID's "HWMonitor": https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html - If the CPU or GPU are overheating, you may need to replace thermal paste and/or upgrade your cooling fan(s).
