M: msi b450 tomahawk
P: ryzen 5 2600
R: gskill 3600 mhz 2 x 8 gb
GPU: msi geforce gtx 1650 super
When I have my mouse, keyboard, or any type of usb device plugged in the CPU debug light comes on. If i unplug all the usb devices I have to turn on and off the the pc about 5 times to get it to go away and post. I have tried one at a time to see if its a single device but it does it with all of them. I dont know if its my motherboard, CPU, or anything else. Once the pc is on I can plug it all in and everything works fine, so im really confused on whats the problem. Any help is much appreciative so thank you very much.
