Question CPU debug light on MSI motherboard

Hey yall! Today (9/11) I got a nice MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard because my old one crapped out. I have a ryzen 5 5600x CPU with am rx 5500xt gpu, and 16 gb of ram. The issue I'm experiencing is that the white debug light for the CPU is on solid, which is odd considering the CPU does work. No video will come out of the GPU either. All of this started when my PC on my old motherboard (Asrock b550m phantom gaming 4) bluescreened out of no where while I was playing skribbl.io with my friends.

I have tried a bios flashback and cmos resets, as well as another power supply.

Any tips?
