Question CPU debug light randomly came on and now no post

I was playing a game then my pc froze, turned it off and now it wont boot, and has a cpu debug light.
all fans are running full speed and it cant turn it off using the power button.
rtx 2060 and a ryzen 7 3600x

what motherboard are you using? is the LED a specific color?
