CPU degrees 100 at all time !

I just built my computer and I seem to have 100 degrees at cpu at all times, doesnt feel hot just shows 100. drops to 40 and jumps back up to 100

I7-6700k (corsair x52 water cool)
NVIDIA asus 1080
18 ram

Have you checked your cpu heatsink is correctly attached?
