Hi! I am currently building a desktop pc, I've read a lot of articles about 6c and i5 or i7, etc. I am not sure what should I go for as I want to make my expense as low as possible since well, I'm a student. Can someone tell me what should I get?
Also, should I use a Phanteks PH-TC12DX? I've heard great reviews and want to get one but when searching online it recommends buying liquid coolant as well???
I will be using a GTX 1060 or GTX 1070 ti, just wondering will it affect and which should I go for...Thanks!
