CPU digital vaolt meter

hello guys..
i need a little help for a beginner here..
i have this volt meter
VOLT METER PHOTO

and i just wanted to know how and where to hook this up on my computer and what kind of electricity flow it will detects on my pc..
im already aware on the black and red for negative and possitive,and im prety sure it goes on the power supply just like the neon lights i installed before,now i wanted to know where to connect the white wire
is it possible for it to measure fan speed? or cpu voltage or whatever is available for it
wires are black,red and white

You can measure the power supply 12v, 5v and 3.3v rails. The 12v is most important.

See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX 3.3v - orange, 5v - red, 12v - yellow.

When your PC is working OK, you can also find these voltage measurements in bios or using software such as HWInfo that use the motherboard sensors.
