Hello. I have a FPS problem in some games. For example I have 90 FPS for 45 seconds, then it downs to 20-30 FPS for 15 seconds and gets back on. It goes like this. I finally found the problem that CPU goes to 68 °C and then cools itself to 50ish°C then FPS goes back to normal. How can I fix this? I want it to go like 80-85, I want it fixed.

Motherboard: Asus M5a97 le R2
GPU: Zotac GTX970 Extreme Core
CPU: FX 8350

FX-8350 can not tolerate high temperatures.
When under load, it works harder, raising the temperature and needs to throttle.
First of all, take your case covers off to allow whatever cooler access to plenty of fresh cooling air.
If this fixes the problem, look to a better case.
What is your case?

Then, what is your cooler?
You might need a more efficient cooler.

Lastly are you overclocking?
If so, back off a bit and see how that does.

I didn't overclock it but its overclocked. I don't know how it happened. It's 4.3 now, how can I get it back to 4?

And my brother has the same system except motherboard. His CPU goes up to 76 and no performance issues.

I've been using this for 4 years and never had a problem. Once again, I did not have any problem when I bought GTX 970. Last few months I have this.
