Question CPU/DRAM red light on B450 MOBO. Please help

Hi, I recently upgraded my PC with a new MOBO, CPU, RAM, and graphics card. I’m running a
Ryzen 5 2600
GeIL RGB 16GB Ram 3000mhz
Gigabyte B450 aorus M F50 bios
ASrock RX 580 8GB
EDIT: upgraded to a new 700W PSU and same issue 500W master lite 80+(2 years old)
500GB WD SSD
The new graphics card game in today and the PC was running fine with my old GT 740 with all the other parts but now when I boot and try to play with the new RX 580, after about 10 min of gaming the screen goes black and the CPU and DRAM lights flash. Sometimes the VGA light comes on aswell. I’m not sure if it’s the PSU(NOT PSU)or bios or something. Please help

So should I just buy a new one and pray or is there a way to debug to figure out the problem for sure?

Just upgraded the PSU to a 700W EVGA BR bronze And same issue

UPDATE: I put the old graphics card in and it works fine so I am returning the new card
