Cpu dropping from 4ghz to 1.3ghz

Cpu - Fx-8350
Gpu - R9 280(non x edition)
Mobo - Asus m5a97 LE R2.0
PS - Corsair CX600
It happens randomly when the cpu is underload and everytime cpu gets to 54 degrees

It could be throttling , because of the board , it has no heatsinks on the VRM AND A POOR POWER PHASE DESIGN , it shouldn't have a 125w CPU on it.

Yeah i already ordered a new mobo thanks for confirming that was the problem
