Question Cpu dropping to 800mhz Ingame

In games, like bfV my I7-7700hq drops randomly to 800mhz which results in inconsistent frametimes. The CPU stays at around 80-85C so no thermal throttling. I dont really know what to do, so I hope someone here could help me.

Make and model of your laptop as well as the SKU for laptop? Have you made sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your laptop? Try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers and see if that changes your experience. To that effect, which version of Windows 10 are you on?

Asus GL702VS. Have the newest Bios installed and Windows 1809. Tried to reinstall the drivers but it hasn´t changed anything.

So now i have the same problem I had 3 Months or so ago. My CPU goes down to 800mhz stays there for 30sec and then slowly goes back up to 3.4ghz. Repeating the process after 5min. And I didn´t change anything, just reinstalled the GPU Drivers.

Configure for PERFORMANCE mode, and/or disable SpeedStep.

Have Performance mode on and Speedstep off so thats not the Problem.

Ok solved it by disabling BD PROCHOT in ThrottleStop.
