[CPU] E6600 Overlocking HELP

I have a DS3 board with E6600 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231065 ram and ARtic Freezer 7. I was wondering what would the best way to overclock it to 3ghz with 1:1 ratio? Would 3.2ghz be unrealible? What should I put my voltage at? Thanks.

Vcore 1.325~ --> 1.4~
Vdimm 1.8v~---> +0.3v
VMCH can't quite remember
Latncies around 5-5-5-15-2t for ram, and then tweak after

366FSB x 9 , should be possible, you have a nice board, I have it's bigger brother the DS4 😉

PS Make sure the heatsink is fitted correctly - I had problems with mine (kept coming loose 😀)
