CPU Error Display on MOBO

So I got a new PSU unit, fixed the memory sticks and everything. Everything lights up fine except the CPU Cooler. The display on my MOBO also says ‘CPU ERROR’. Don’t know why, did I put in my CPU incorrectly? I know for a fact my CPU (i9-9900k) and my Mobo (Msi meg Z390 godlike) are compatible. Maybe a wire is causing this? I’ll post the pictures below.

Those are the cables that connect to the CPU Cooler and are most likely the reason as to why it’s not lighting up. Don’t know where to plug it in. Also that shouldn’t be the reason my MOBO is throwing a CPU Error.

My MOBO as a whole. As you can see the lights on the CPU Cooler are not working but I know the wires’ the fault for that. But as I said, I have no idea where it goes lmao
That white blur on the side reads ‘CPU ERROR’..

Thank you, I was idiotic and remembered there’s a box on the back for control of the Thermaltake fans.. it easily plugged in there. Now the CPU Cooler lights turn on, still a CPU Error but I’ll leave that up to later. Thanks!
