Question CPU EZ-Debug light comes on when starting pc for first time

So, when I turn on my pc the EZ-Debug light comes on for the CPU. When I turn it off and turn it back on it posts and boots normally. also if I tap the case ever so lightly it will freeze and not work until I turn it off and back on again. Please help.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: RX580 8GB
MOBO: X370 pro carbon gaming
RAM: Corsair Dominator 3000mhz 32GB
SSD: Samsung 970 Plus 1 TB
PSU: Rosewill 650 watt bronze
OS: Windows 10 Pro unactivated

Check your connections if they are firmly connected.
Also do you use tower cooler?
Make sure that its not over tighten.

I use the standard Wraith cooler that comes with the Ryzen 5 2600., also my connections are firmly seated. what throws me off is that restarting fixes the CPU light issue without touching anything else. could that be an issue in the bios I flashed it with to accept the processor?
